To check the data balance you have left, log in to the app with your credentials. You can also check your data balances from the data settings on your device

You need WiFi to set up your eSIM so we recommend that you install and activate your eSIM just before departure. You can also wait until you arrive at your destination to activate the eSIM but remember that you need a prior WiFi connection for the set-up process
